MENTORS: As an experienced educator, you will bring a wealth of knowledge in curriculum development, learner assessment, faculty engagement, and navigating the evolving landscape of surgical education. Your firsthand perspectives on overcoming common challenges will provide invaluable guidance to those new to the role. By serving as a mentor, you will share practical advice, proven strategies, and innovative ideas with early-tenure Clerkship Directors and Associate Clerkship Directors.
MENTEES: This one-hour, interactive program will pair you with a seasoned Clerkship Director for focused, time-limited discussions addressing real-world challenges. This will help you develop the skills, confidence, and professional networks needed for success.
