The Hyatt Regency Orlando has provided the following discounted group rate(s)  $249.00 (plus *resort fees and taxes) for registrants attending the ASE 2024 Annual Meeting.  The discounted group rates apply until the reservation deadline of Friday, March 29, 2024 or until all rooms in the group block have been reserved, whichever occurs first.   After Friday, March 29, 2024, guest rooms and discounted group rates may not be available.

*In addition to the daily group room rate, please be advised that a Tourism Assessment Fee will be charged. The ASE reduced resort fee is $5.00 per room, per night.

We would like to make you aware of a situation that has been affecting conferences nationwide.   There are companies (Convention Housing Services, Global Housing, Global Travel, etc.) who claim to be the official housing bureau and ask to “assist” you with hotel reservations.  They may disguise themselves as part of the ASE 2024 Annual Meeting or Surgical Education Week or may claim to represent the Hyatt Regency Orlando and note they can get better rates, the room block is filled, or use other sales pitch methods.   They are NOT the official housing bureau and are NOT affiliated with the ASE 2024 Annual Meeting or Surgical Education in any way. Contact the ASE office to inquire about hotel information or use the information above to confirm your reservations.

If you receive a call from any company claiming to represent the ASE 2024 Annual Meeting or Surgical Education Week, be aware that this is probably a scam and do not make the reservation or provide your credit card information.  Please make your reservations directly with the Hyatt Regency Orlando directly by using the online reservation link or phone number provided above.
