Exhibitor Confirmation Kit

Surgical Education Week – April 28 – May 2, 2026

Exhibit dates: Tuesday, April 28 – Friday, May 1, 2026

EXHIBIT HALL LOCATION AND PACKAGE

The exhibits will be set-up at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis during the ASE Meeting and will then break down and re-set at the Hilton Atlanta for the APDS Meeting. The exhibit fee includes:

  • One 6’ x 2’ draped display table
  • Two side chairs
  • One tabletop exhibitor identification sign
  • Four exhibitor badges

There will be limited space which will not allow for full-size booths. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring literature, equipment that can be placed on the table and pop-up banners which can be placed behind the tables. The exhibit area will be carpeted.

APDS Room Rate $274/night+ will be available until April 6th or until the block sells out. (16.9% room tax and state hotel fee of $5/night). The Hilton Atlanta has King rooms available for all dates of SEW, Doubles are available 4/29 – 5/2.

The Annual ASE Meeting and the Annual APDS Meeting will be held in two different but adjacent hotels in 2026. The ASE meeting will be held at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. The APDS meeting will be held at the Hilton Atlanta. The two hotels are connected via a skybridge.

The exhibits will be set-up at the Marriott during the ASE Meeting and will then break down and re-set at the Hilton for the APDS Meeting.

  • 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm: Exhibits break down and move to the Hilton

Thursday, April 30, 2026

  • 12:00 pm to 6:45 pm: Exhibits open during APDS Meeting including Poster Reception (Hilton)

Friday, May 1, 2026
