ASE Pre-Meeting Course Proposal

All Submissions will be reviewed by the ASE Program Committee
Notifications will be sent by Monday, November 3, 2025
Final details for accepted courses must be received by Friday, December 5, 2025.

If the project requires support from the ASE’s management company, an estimate of those costs must be included in the budget. If AV equipment is needed, please contact Senior Meeting Planner - Meghan Nabors (meghan@surgicaleducation.com) for an estimate of costs.
Will CME be offered for Proposed Pre-Meeting Course?(Required)
If yes, please take into consideration that CME credits are billed at $300/credit hour so a 4 hour course will cost $1,200 for CME. That amount should be taken into consideration by the Committee when considering the Registration Fee for the proposed pre-meeting course.
This amount should cover the costs the society incurs for holding the course which would include food & beverage , AV equipment, supplies (flip charts, handouts), and CME if added. For reference, please see Meghan Nabors (meghan@surgicaleducation.com) for an estimated cost list.
