Congratulations to all abstract and invited faculty presenters who will be presenting at the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Association for Surgical Education. The ASE 2025 Annual Meeting will take place during Surgical Education Week May 8-10, 2025 at the Sheraton Grand Seattle in Seattle, WA.
Below are all the relevant information pertaining to all types of presentations. Please note all deadlines. These instructions apply to all session presentations, unless otherwise noted.
All PowerPoint Presentations must be in 16:9 (widescreen).
Disclosure Required: All presenters will be required to include a disclosure slide to be shown in the beginning of their presentation. In addition to the disclosure slide, presenters are asked use generic and objective terms when referring to both devices and/or proprietary technology throughout their presentations.

Speaker Ready Room
We encourage you to check in with Speaker Prep (located in the room Capitol Hill) before your presentation, preferably at least 2 hours before your session starts. A technician will be available onsite in the Speaker Prep Room to assist you with loading your presentation, if you did not do so below.
Speaker Prep Room Hours are:
- Wednesday, May 7, 2025: 5:30AM – 4:00PM
- Thursday, May 8, 2025: 8:00AM – 6:00PM
- Friday, May 9, 2025: 7:00AM – 5:45PM
- Saturday, May 10, 2025: 7:00AM – 11:30AM
