Workshop and Panel Submissions

The ASE Program Committee will evaluate each submission based on merit, originality, innovation, and relevance to the ASE membership. Submissions that incorporate interactive elements—such as group work, hands-on activities, or active attendee participation—will be prioritized over lecture-based sessions. The goal of the Program Committee is to select workshops that foster engagement and advance scholarship in the diverse field of surgical education. Members of the Program Committee review all proposals and evaluate them using a global score. The final selection is made by the entire Program Committee to collectively meet the Committee’s goal of producing a balanced program of excellent work. Session Proposals must be submitted by Friday, September 26, 2025 @ 5:00 PM ET and those received after this date will not be considered. Notifications regarding session design proposals will be sent out in the Fall of 2025. If there are any questions regarding session proposal submissions, please contact Beth Biggs at the ASE office.
