Family Care Grant
Additionally, the Program Committee is pleased to continue offering three (3) Family Care Grant Scholarships for attendees of the 2026 ASE Annual Meeting in Atlanta, GA. Grants of up to $500 each will be awarded to selected registered meeting attendees who require financial support for caregiving needs while attending the meeting. If this option better fits your caregiving needs, you can learn more about the Family Care Grant here.

Attending Sessions with Children
When children are not registered or present in the Lil’ Scrubs Club, attendees are welcome to bring their children with them to the main sessions. We kindly ask that parents use their discretion to ensure a comfortable experience for all attendees. Children should not be left unaccompanied at any time in the meeting spaces or at any ASE events.

In Room Babysitting Options
If you require childcare services outside of those offered through the Lil’ Scrubs Club, the following local providers offer in room babysitting services in the Atlanta area. These services are not affiliated with ASE and must be arranged and paid for directly by the attendee.
