APACS Re-certification Application

NOTE: To be eligible for re-certification, you must meet the below criteria.

1. ASE member in good standing.
2. Three consecutive years of experience in undergraduate surgical education administration since certification or last re-certification.
3. Served at least 1 year as an active member and/or chair of an ASE Coordinator sub-committee.
4. Presented at least 1 best practice presentation during an annual ASE Coordinator Track Program.
