ASE 2025 Host Hotel

Hotel Sustainability Options

Below are a few reminders to help you go green during ASE 2025:

  • Sheraton Sleeping Rooms
    • Daily housekeeping is available, however options are given at check in to opt out or change the frequency of cleaning.
    • Signs are provided in each hotel room that notify guests to hang their towel for it to be reused or place it on the floor to be replaced. The hotel uses environmentally friendly cleaning and washing chemistry.
    • All guest rooms and corridors use LED lighting, and 50% of the hotels overall lighting is converted to LED.
  • Meeting Space:
    • Bring your reusable water bottle, refill water stations will be available throughout the meeting space.
    • Water stations will also be equipped with compostable cups.
    • Lanyards and plastic badge holders can be recycled at the ASE registration desk. A box will be available to drop them in.
    • The hotel strives to sort all waste. Between their recycling and composting programs, they divert at least 70% out of their solid waste stream.
