EXHIBIT HALL LOCATION AND PACKAGE
The exhibits will be located in the Grand Ballroom Foyer, immediately outside of the general session room. The exhibit fee includes:
-One 6’ x 2’ draped display table
-Two side chairs
-One tabletop exhibitor identification sign
-Four exhibitor badges
There will be limited space which will not allow for full-size booths. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring literature, equipment that can be placed on the table and pop-up banners which can be placed behind the tables. The exhibit area will be carpeted.
