Congratulations to all abstract and invited faculty presenters who will be presenting at the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Association for Surgical Education. The ASE 2026 Annual Meeting will take place during Surgical Education Week April 28-30, 2026 at the Marriott Marquis in Atlanta, Georgia.
Below are all the relevant information pertaining to all types of presentations. Please note all deadlines. These instructions apply to all session presentations, unless otherwise noted.
All PowerPoint Presentations must be in 16:9 (widescreen).
Disclosure Requirement: All presenters, except Quick Shot presenters, must include a disclosure slide at the start of their presentation. Additionally, presenters should use generic and objective language when referring to devices or proprietary technologies.

Speaker Ready Room
We encourage you to check in at the Speaker Ready Room located in the room L501 (on the Lobby Level) before your presentation, preferably at least 2 hours before your session starts. A technician will be available onsite in the Speaker Ready Room to assist you with loading your presentation, if you did not do so below.
Speaker Ready Room Hours are:
- Monday, April 27, 2026 – 5:30AM-4:00PM
- Tuesday, April 28, 2026 – 7:00AM-7:00PM
- Wednesday, April 29, 2026 – 7:00AM-5:45PM
- Thursday, April 30, 2026 – 7:00AM-11:30AM
